2007 Cross Stitch Updates

• December 27: A new progress picture of The Sun Sets...
• December: I made another Mill Hill Ornament from a kit
• November 25: I've been a bad girl, because I've gone ahead and started The Sun Sets..., which I got on the recent road trip to Cross-stitchville.
• November 22: A new progress picture of Vintage Stitches
• November 19: Stash shopping with my stitching buddies at Cross-stitchville needlework shop, and I finally got Mini Perle framed!
• October 31: Another small finish, Pumpkin Patch by Elizabeth's Designs
• October 21: I stitched a little freebie I've had in my collection for a while, Raccoon's Visit by Something in Common.
• October 20: Avatar was next in the rotation, so I worked on the green in his cape and the dragon's tail.
• October 11: A little progress on Pageant Kings. I've discovered that I really need to organize this project a little better - I don't have all of the specialty fibers located with it, some of them are living with other projects not yet started...
• October 7: Now that I'm working my way through all of my WIPs, I decided to bring out Enchanter and work on him a little.
• October 1: Autumn Maiden (Maidens of the Seasons) is complete, so my MotS project is 75% done now!
• September 24: Another progress update on Middy.
• September 19: Britty Kitty Christmas ornament is stitched, though it isn't finished as an ornament yet.
• September 9: New progress pictures of Middy and Vintage Stitches.
• August 27: At the Nashville AQS Quilt Expo, I managed to find a needlework booth, The Silver Needle, and purchased one chart with flosspak - Vintage Stitches by Jeannette Douglas Designs. In true doodle-head form, I found fabric in my stash and started it rightaway. :)
• August 21: A new progress picture of the project with which I've become completely obsessed: Middy.
• July 29: I decided to start a new project on July 25 (I know, I know, bad girl, when I have so many yet to finish!) - Mirabilia's A Midsummer Night's Fairy.
• July 16: Finally a finish from my rotation! Jingle Bells Xmas Tree Farm is complete, and lovely, if I do say so myself.
• June 30: I haven't been stitching much lately, and it seems as if my rotation has been thrown out the window while I've focused a little more on beading and quilting. But I did stitch just a little bit this month on Mirabilia's Mother's Arms, and I have a new progress picture to share.
• May 27: I have another update for Autumn Maiden - the lady's dress is nearly finished. I also created a cross stitch of a poem, commissioned for a co-worker's mother-in-law, A Hundred Years.
• April 29: I am in the middle of updating my cross stitch template pages and reorganizing a little bit, so if you see something that looks slightly off, it will probably be fixed within the next month - sorry for any inconvenience. I also have some updates on a couple of rotation projects: Unicorn Mystique, Jingle Bells Xmas Tree Farm, and Aurora.
• April 7: Fantasy Sampler has a complete griffin now
• April 1: Magnificent Wizard's dragon wing is a little more complete
• March 16: Finally added a new scan picture of Autumn Maiden - I've been working on her off and on over the past several months and finally have some progress to share.
• March 10: Bleeding Hearts Heart started and finished in two days, with multiple modifications.
• March 7: Despite my work project blasting full steam ahead and keeping me busy, I just keep stitching the little hearts - Flaming Chili Peppers Heart is the next one done (well, except for the charm, because I'm not quite decided on that).
• March 1: Another one! Acorns in Autumn Heart. I also took another picture of my progress on Aurora.
• February 25: I have started and finished another Sweetheart Tree heart, Cupid's Touch.
• February 22: I started and finished a gift (to me!) kit, Snowman.
• February 19: I started and finished The Sweetheart Tree's Springtime Violets Heart.
• February 16: No progress picture yet, but I've been working some more on Aurora and Autumn Maiden. I hope to have some new progress pictures up at the end of this month.
• January 28: Wing work on Aurora - left wing complete!
• January 5: A dragon's neck begins to emerge in Dragon Ride, but alas, not his head yet...
