I recently stumbled upon a photo of the roman shade I made for my kitchen. I had had the idea to do something with this wonderful fabric (Monet's wildflower stripes, or something like that) I'd seen in Joann's Fabric & Craft store, and finally got the chance to buy it (with my 50% off coupon) and stitch it into a roman shade for my kitchen, once I had painted the kitchen spring greenish-yellow.

2010 - I've decided to paint my kitchen, so I'm in the process of making new curtains.
