Christmas Stash 2006

Once again, my dear, dear hubby took me shopping for quilt fabric and notions!

Some of these were sale fabrics at my local quilting store

More yummy chocolate / pink fabrics

Joann's was also having a sale - 75% off Christmas fabrics,
so I picked up a few half-yards.

The motherload! 36 fat quarters from Moda's Cinnamon Stars
collection. I saw these made into a quilt, and wanted to make
them into a quilt myself also.

I also got a couple of books:

• 40 Fabulous Quick-Cut Quilts by Evelyn Sloppy
• Log Cabin Fever by Evelyn Sloppy - this book has the pattern I thought I wanted to use the Cinnamon Stars collection of fabric with - Bears Need Homes Too - a really neat combination of the Bears Paw block and the Log Cabin block - in fact, I will be using another Glad Creations pattern, Dream Maker

And I picked up some fabric which I intend to use in Christopher's Bear Chase quilt this year. Once I get the triangle paper (ordered online), I'll be able to start his quilt.
