Cotton Theory technique placemats

This is the coolest thing - and I've been trying to find it since I last visited the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah (2004, 2005?). You quilt the pieces first, then use the Cotton Theory's "fold and finish" technique for reversible quilts (or in this case, placemats).
