Feathered Fantasy

This is officially my first "leaders and enders" quilt. I heard about the technique from some of the quilters at my guild's retreat, and realized that I had been doing a modified version of it to save thread, etc. I had this kitted up except for the creams, which I had to go purchase, since I tend not to keep a stash of them (realization #2, which I will be rectifying from now on). The original quilt had 4 blocks of pink in the center, but I have changed it to 3.

So far, I have pieced the 3 middle blocks, the 8 blocks of the next round, and 1 of the green blocks of the following round

Each round will carry around the last, and the quilt will eventually be pieced on point, in rows. This is just how it is laid out with the blocks I had pieced at the time.
