Doodle-head Quilts!
It probably goes without saying, but I love to create quilts. Because it takes longer to make a quilt than to complete some other projects, I don't usually update this part of the site as often as the other sections. I am usually working on at least one or more quilting projects though!

A Little Bit of History
While I was experimenting with polymer clay designs in 1995, a friend commented that some of the designs were very much like patchwork. She loaned me several magazines for inspiration, and my love affair with quilts and quilting was born. I attended the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah that year with a friend, and by the end of the year had finished my very first quilt - a baby quilt for my niece, rail fence design.
Check out this quilt and some of the other quilts I have made since then in my Finished Quilts section - they are listed in reverse order in which I made them.
